I hope you are much more relaxed & pray your life has transformed as you worked your way through this 30 day series of relaxation and reducing stress? If we have been applying even a few of the tips that were shared, I'm encouraged we should start to feel calmer & more balanced as we navigate through life. Keep pressing forward, as stress free as you can, because you're valuable to yourself, your family & the world! Muc

De-Clutter for Stress Reduction
This morning I woke up on a mission! A mission to declutter my closet. It was important to get rid of some old clothes that I will not or can not wear. My jewelry was all over the place in my bedroom & on the shelves in my closet. I gathered every piece of jewelry & placed in my closet jewelry hangers. I'm not finished but I will be by midnight! 😆😂 What I realized earlier this week is that all of the stuff that we have can add stress to our lives. How can you reduce th

Journaling
Ladies, it’s Monday & I’m back with another quick stress reduction & relaxation idea for you to begin today. Like most of them, this is something you should try today and then if it works for you start incorporating into your daily habits. Today’s tip is to start journaling. Now, some of you may be like I am - old-school with a notebook and a pen or you may like to lean toward creating a word document journal on your computer. The basic idea behind it is the same, you’re gett

Plant Therapy
Planting flowers or shrubs & watching them grow can be very therapeutic. There’s something relaxing about sticking your hands in the dirt. Give it a try and see if even a quick 30 minutes spent digging around in the garden doesn’t make your stress levels go way down. There’s just something very relaxing about being outside in the fresh air and sunshine. Having your hands in good, clean soil is a lot more pleasant than you may think and the microorganisms in the soil are bene

Laugh Out LOUD
I’ve often heard the saying that laughter is the best medicine. As it turns out, it’s also a funny and efficient way to reduce stress. I’m sure this doesn’t come as a big surprise to you. Think back on the last time you laughed with your spouse, your bff or your children. I bet you felt great afterwards, especially if the laugh was a belly laugh that comes from your soul. I admire my husband because he has such a contagious & hearty laugh. Today, let's be free to laugh out l

Friend Zone
So, you're feeling some kinda way & you just have to talk with someone. Someone that understands you & someone that won't judge you. It's just something about sharing your frustrations out loud and communicating what’s bothering you with someone you trust that helps you to move through the stress. I hope you are fortunate to be able to visit with or call a couple of your friends where you can share your feelings without filters. Whatever the raw emotion that you feel this

Love On Yourself
Ladies, I’m sure you’ve experienced the amazing feeling of doing something just for yourself in the past. Maybe it’s running a hot bath, reading a new book or getting a massage. How about going out and getting your hair and nails done, or heading out for a solo weekend trip. No matter what it was, it felt good to do something for yourself and hopefully you felt more relaxed and less stressed during and after. If you’re the type of person who has a hard time doing something fo

Quiet Time
Today is the 11th of July & my calendar this month & the rest of the year is really busy. If you're like me you're bombarded by beeps, messages, emails and meetings most of the week. We live in an age of constantly being connected and constantly being interrupted. With all the noise and flashing lights, it’s hard to hear yourself think sometimes. It’s time to fix that and today I’m going to make a suggestion. Let's agree to carve out time for quiet reflection. I read recent
