Detox drinks are known to assist us with cleansing the body of toxins, helping with mood swings, & are very good for weight loss. Well, I seriously believe that we should also embrace a digital detox. I believe if we backed away from our electronic devices we’d experience some of the same successes with a digital detox as we would with detox drinks. Spending less or no time with those smartphones, laptops, desktops, tablets, & Ipads from time to time would be refreshing.
I'm having breakfast - oatmeal with avocado, walnuts, & raisins with some detox tea. For the last 9 days I've been getting up between 4:00 - 4:30 hitting the gym & coming home to get ready for a full day. In these 9 days I've lost 3 lbs (woo hoo!) & I'm really excited about this process. I realize in 30 days I will be impressed with myself because I've remained committed. To achieve any of our goals we have to go through a process. I challenge you to push through! #lizchall
