Self-Care Legacy
In our hectic, fast-paced lives full of stress and multiple responsibilities, it is more imperative than ever before that we practice self-care. Many of us have families that we have to help to take care of, we're building careers in corporate America, and taking the best care of ourselves can be challenging.
However, self-care is a must if we are to continue nurturing our families & holding down that career or business. We need to be able to pass on a self-care action plan
Short Eating Meditation
In the middle of the day, many people have an afternoon slump when their energy lowers and they feel sleepy or anxious for the work day to be over. (Or maybe I'm the only one that feels that way sometimes. ) This is an excellent time to take a break and have a healthy snack to provide your body and mind with more energy. Mini - Meditation
Meditation is less about sitting formally on a cushion than it is about stopping, resting and tuning into your body. The good news is that it means that we can practice meditation almost anywhere and almost anytime.
