I'm having breakfast - oatmeal with avocado, walnuts, & raisins with some detox tea.  For the last 9 days I've been getting up between 4:00 - 4:30 hitting the gym & coming home to get ready for a full day. In these 9 days I've lost 3 lbs (woo hoo!) & I'm really excited about this process. I realize in 30 days I will be impressed with myself because I've remained committed. To achieve any of our goals we have to go through a process. I challenge you to push through!  #lizchallengingherself #mindbodyspirit
