Positive Self Talk

Ladies, have you ever caught yourself being negative? You say one positive thing to yourself & then you counter that thought with 3 negatives. It's really important that we watch what we say. I know sometimes we are worried about what others are saying, but we don't realize our self talk can do the most damage.

I challenge you to pull together at 1-5 affirming thoughts & say them daily. This one simple action each day will -

  1. Boost your confidence.

  2. Reduce stress.

  3. Give power to your subconscious mind.

Examples -

  1. I am worthy!

  2. I believe in myself!

  3. Even if challenges arise I am able to figure out how to get this done!
