We all know our physical fitness & being healthy is important to everything that we do. I had Covid the latter part of 2020 & during that time I realized that if you don't have your health nothing else really matters.


During this month of December I encourage you to figure out your own fitness commitment. Everyones commitment is different & all that matters is that you decide what you need, how it works for your schedule & that you are dedicated.


Many people set personal fitness goals, but when starting out, it can feel like you have a huge hill to climb. Starting off on day 1 at a pace which is comfortable for you means that you can build on it and increase your fitness levels over time. Track your progress and you’ll be able to see just how much you’re progressing each week.
