Let's Move!
The busiest people have 2 minute time blocks free every day, plenty of them. We can treat ourselves to 2 minutes of stretching, running in place, walking the stairs or exercising our arms, neck and back. I've noticed moving for a few minutes helps my mind and body, as it boosts my energy levels, and “wakes up” my brain. So, today if you have another meeting that's been added to your calendar take 2 minutes prior to move your body for additional energy. #thewellstation #mindbodyspirit #selfcare
