Let's begin mindfulness this week. Mindfulness is the art of focusing on the present moment. Instead of worrying when it comes to the thoughts of the future or obsessing over the past, let's focus our minds on experiencing the present moment. One way to do this is to become aware of our different senses: We can begin to listen to the sounds outside our window, feel the touch of our clothes on our skin, smell the aromas of food, appreciate the colors around us, and notice the tastes of foods when we eat. Being mindful is a key element for self care. #thewellstation #mindbodyspirit
