Workout Stress Buster

Ladies, you’ll either love or hate today’s stress buster tip..... An intense workout to release tension! Trust me, it works extremely well. Even if you’re cringing at the thought, I encourage you to give it a couple of tries. Once you see just how effective a good workout is at relieving stress, you’ll be motivated to do it more often.

Last week I made the commitment to work out at least 5 days a week. Fortunately, I have two young ladies that met me @ the gym - my friend, LaToya C. & my co-worker Delinda C. It was a struggle the first day because our start time at the gym is 5:30 am, but it has been well worth it! My energy level is amazing & I feel a relaxation in my body & spirit after leaving the gym. Delinda & I even topped the workout off & gave ourselves a treat by laying in the hydro massage bed. Ooooo, that felt so good! :)

I challenge you to add a good workout to your daily regimen this week to help melt the stress away AND give yourself a treat afterwards! #wellstation #30daysstressreduction
