Count & Smile

Have you ever been under so much stress that your temper flared so quickly?   It’s hard sometimes to be kind and patient when you’re under a lot of pressure. Letting that anger out is hardly ever a productive coping strategy. I used to shoot to ten so very quickly until I mastered the art of walking away and making myself count to ten slowly.  While I'm counting I take slow breaths along the way & add a smile.  :)

It may not seem like much, but it gives you the break you need to keep your emotions from boiling over and the anger from flaring up.  The tip for us today is don't worry, count, breathe & smile!  #wellstation #30daysstressreduction
