The project is going to fail. The kids left their folder on the counter. I need to prepare for a big meeting in a couple of days. I haven't properly prepared for the presentation. I won't make all of the events on my calendar, but I committed to attending.
These thoughts.... have you had them & been stressed out of your mind? When we experience mental and emotional stress, our body releases stress hormones. These hormones impact our body in a negative way, causing physical and emotional health problems. Let's try to release those things that we can't control & move on.
Schedule time to take a nice walk through the park to hear the birds chirping or a nice, long massage is always a stress reliever. And be sure to show your gratitude to your masseuse before leaving the session. :)
