I have a question for you. Are you happy? I know that we all have setbacks here or there, but in spite of those challenges would you say that you are really happy? Happy people possess a unique attitude and they interpret matters differently as compared to the average unhappy person.


Here are some habits of happy people -


  1. They express gratitude for what they have.

  2. They live fully in the moment.

  3. They nurture relationships.

  4. They surround themselves with happy people.

  5. They do not compare their lives with others.

Happiness is definitely a state of mind. I encourage us to be intentional & pursue those things that contribute to our happiness.
